Rethink your operating model to become agile
The subject of our roundtable discussion at CIODAY 2015:
For many companies it's difficult to keep up with the increasing pace of change, due to their size and complexity. By adopting an agile operating model, it becomes possible to reignite innovation and become responsive. Often, agile is only implemented as a 'quick fix' in the IT department, without changing the other departments and without rethinking the organisation's structure, financing procedures, company culture and management behaviour. Only if these topics are addressed, it is possible to truly achieve the benefits and become an agile enterprise.
